Resource Connections provides resource coordination services to individuals eligible for and receiving community services funded by the Developmental Disabilities Administration. Resource Coordination services are typically understood as a "case management" support, although we strive not to treat people as "cases" nor do we manage people.

Working to assure that individuals are able to maintain connections and relationships with those who are important in their lives (family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors) is very important to the Resource Coordinators.
