Resource Coordinator
Seeking creative, energetic staff to coordinate and monitor services authorized by the State of Maryland. Requirements include BA in human services field and 1 year relevant experience or an AA in a human services field w/3 years relevant experience. Must demonstrate a commitment to self-determination principles; be skilled at consensus building; have knowledge of community resources and strong written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with Medicaid programs and/or the ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Must have decent computer skills, valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a vehicle.

Transitioning Youth Coordinator
Will assist eligible “transitioning youth” (TY) and their families to become familiar with the options for adult support services upon leaving the school system. Requirements include BA in human service field and 1 year relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree w/3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Familiarity with community resources and/or the ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Must have basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license with good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Human Resources
Human resource officer needed for a staff of 60. Must have a Bachelor's in Human Resources or related area, and 5 years generalist experience in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration. Requires ability to work independently and as a member of executive team; excellent written/oral communication skills; comfort with MS Office; and interest in working for a mission-driven organization. PHR or SPHR desirable.
