Affiliated Sante Group / Rock Creek Foundation
The SANTÉ GROUP is a family of Maryland-based, companies dedicated to providing MENTAL HEALTH treatment, REHABILITATION, and support to individuals and families. Together, the Affiliated Santé Group, Rock Creek Foundation, and Santé Medical Associates comprise the SANTÉ GROUP of companies.
 
ARC of Prince George 's County
Since a group of parents founded the Prince George's County chapter in 1952, the organization has evolved into a driving force in the county. The Arc's primary focus is advocacy--working with families, the school system, local businesses, and community leaders to ensure that people with mental retardation are able to fully participate in their communities however they choose.
 
Ardmore Enterprises
Ardmore Enterprises, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization providing supports to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. Established in 1963, Ardmore Enterprises is located on 5 acres of rolling hillside in beautiful Mitchellville, Maryland. The complex is on the grounds of the Cottage at Warrenton Historical site and overlooks Enterprise Golf Course. Ardmore is two minutes to several industrial parks, five minutes to a major shopping mall and several shopping centers. We serve over 200 people with developmental disabilities in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties
 
CALMRA, Inc.
The mission of CALMRA, Inc. is to improve the lives of persons with developmental disabilities by providing the highest quality residential and other support services in an ethical and loving environment.
 
Caroline Center, Inc.
The Caroline Center, Inc. strives to provide quality, individualized services for persons who are developmentally disabled through which their greatest potential toward independent living and integration can be obtained. This is realized through the provision of comprehensive services and supports that encourage participants to choose where and how they live, learn, socialize and work.
 
Center for Progressive Learning (CPL)
Changing Peoples Lives/CPL is a community based non-profit organization serving children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Maryland. We provide respite and long-term residential placement and case management services in family-style homes licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
 
Center for Social Change, Inc (CSC)
Center for Social Change provides community residential support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, supported employment services to adults with intellectual disabilities and day care services to medically handicapped older adults and people with developmental disabilities for choice, rights, growth and independence.
 
CHI Centers
CHI Centers was founded in 1948 by a group of dedicated, concerned parents who recognized the need to join forces with other parents of children with cerebral palsy to provide for the special needs of these children through training, education, and legislative advocacy.

CHI Centers is a private, nonprofit organization with an operating budget of $15 million and dedicated to furthering the independence, self-reliance and dignity of individuals with developmental disabilities. CHI Centers serves on a daily and regular basis approximately 1000 individuals.
 
Community Service for Autistic Adults and Children
Founded in 1979 through the vision of four families in Montgomery County, Maryland, the Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children (CSAAC) is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to serving children and adults living with autism by helping them succeed in day-to-day activities and become active members of their community. At the time of CSAAC's inception, nearly all adults with autism were placed in institutions. Out of the need for more appropriate, community-based living programs, CSAAC was born.
 
Developmental Disabilities Administration
The mission of the Developmental Disabilities Administration is to provide leadership to assure the full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in all aspects of community life. In addition, DDA's goal is to promote their empowerment to access quality supports and services necessary to foster personal growth, independence and productivity.

Humanim has five core service areas: Mental Health, Vocational, Neuro-Rehabilitation, Developmental Disabilities and Deaf Services. Intervals / CHIMES
Our past has prepared us. In 1947, a group of Baltimore parents decided they could not accept the lack of educational opportunities for their children who had mental retardation. They founded a school, based on their belief that each child had the right to reach the highest possible level of functioning. They borrowed space in a church, and they called their vision The School of the Chimes after the message of hope they heard in the church bells
 
Jewish Foundation for Group Homes
The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes (JFGH), a not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1982 to enhance the independence and quality of life for adults with disabilities. JFGH was established to provide answers to the questions faced by parents who needed to plan for the day when they would no longer be able to care for and support their adult children.

Maryland Community Connections

Maryland Community Connection is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of providing individualized services in the community for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our services which include Family Individual Support Services (FISS), Supported Employment (SE), and Community Supported Living Arrangements (CSLA), assist each person to achieve a greater degree of social and economic independence.

NCIA - CBIA (Community Based Alternatives Initiative
National Center on Institutions and Alternatives (NCIA), a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation, was founded in 1977 by Dr. Jerome G. Miller and Herbert J. Hoelter. Since that time, Dr. Miller and Mr. Hoelter have been on the leading edge of new concepts in criminal and juvenile justice, providing professional research, training and technical assistance for developing and supporting community-based programs. As a result, NCIA has developed and implemented sentencing programs in 15 states, trained thousands of public defenders and their staffs, and prepared information for more than 10,000 individuals facing sentencing in adult and juvenile courts.

Service Source, Inc.
Combining national expertise with local experience, the Service Source Network provides job training and support services to more than 10,000 people with disabilities.
